Lampeter-Strasburg Senior High School issued the following announcement.
Congratulations to 2020 graduate Tara Wehibe, who is one of two winners of this year's LL League/Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster Scholarship.
The $400 scholarships were "established to recognize students who are active in their school’s athletic program by participating in athletics and/or serve as supports staff to the athletic department. In addition to this requirement, this scholarship was also established to recognize students who represent service to their communities."
Tara was a member of the varsity girls soccer and track and field teams throughout her time at L-S. She is attending Eckerd College to major in animal studies.
