We are super excited to roll out the Pequea Summer Sizzle to help our students retain their learning and growth they made throughout this year. We are challenging students to participate in the Summer Sizzle….
Pequea’s Summer Sizzle Introduction Video
Steps:
- Each student in grades K-5 have been given a Summer Bridge Activity book.
- Take a little time each day to complete the learning activities and prevent the slide!
- Bring your book back to school in August with you and all those who have completed their book thoroughly will participate in the Pequea Sizzle Palooza!
Additionally, we are hosting Summer Sizzle Family Learning Events which will be held over the course of five evenings from 6:00 – 7:30 PM at Pequea Elementary. These evenings are for those 2022-2023 grades K-6 students and their family members. This is not a drop off event but instead an event for an adult (18+ years of age) to accompany and participate in literacy, mathematics, and social/emotional learning activities with a fun theme for each event.
Pequea’s Summer Sizzle Learning Events will be held:
- Wednesday, July 13th, 6:00 – 7:30 PM
- Wednesday, July 20th, 6:00 – 7:30 PM
- Wednesday, July 27th, 6:00 – 7:30 PM
- Wednesday, August 3rd, 6:00 – 7:30 PM
- Wednesday, August 10th, 6:00 – 7:30 PM
