Martic Elementary School issued the following announcement on May 14.
We had a whole new crew this year who volunteered to coordinate the Spring Fling at Martic. Thank you to our new crew of Marlese Moonitz, Kasey Rogers, Ashley Stringer and Robin Graeter. We were worried that we would not have a Spring Fling event for kids this year and to the rescue this crew came in and created a fun night.
Last evening kids could listen to Mr. Dutton and Mr. Kilby produce amazing music, they could get their face painted or an amazing new air tattoo. Local law enforcement and fire departments visited and shared great information about local safety. It was fun to meet our hometown heroes. The gym housed many games for kids to play. Thank you to everyone who donated their time, food and energy to make the event possible for kids.
