Bart-Colerain Shift to Remote Instruction

Bart-Colerain Elementary School issued the following announcement on Jan. 14.

Bart-Colerain Elementary School will be shifting to REMOTE INSTRUCTION for Tuesday, January 18th and Wednesday, January 19th.

The number of COVID-positive students and staff at Bart-Colerain has increased significantly, and the number of positive cases has triggered the 5% PA Department of Health threshold for shifting to remote.

With the upcoming three-day weekend, only two instructional days will be impacted.

Instruction will be remote on those days, and teachers will be reaching out to students regarding instructional plans for those days, which will include live Zoom lessons.

Meals will be available for curbside pickup from 9:00 to 11:00 AM on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Parents picking up student meals will receive both a breakfast and lunch at the same time.

Bart-Colerain will re-open for in-person instruction on Thursday, January 20th.

We understand the challenge this represents for families and appreciate your support.
