Pequea Elementary School issued the following announcement on Jan. 5.
If you are transporting your child to school each morning, the doors will open at 8:50 AM and close promptly at 9:00 AM requiring all late arrivals to check-in at the main office.
If your child would like to have breakfast and is a car rider, they are permitted in the building as early as 8:30 AM but they must be eating breakfast at school. If your child is not eating breakfast, they may not enter before 8:50 AM.
Also, please make sure your child exits the car at the sidewalk closest to the building and DO NOT PASS OR PULL AROUND OTHER VEHICLES. We ask that you patiently wait for the car in front of you to move before moving forward to exit. We want to ensure the safety of all our Pequea students.
