Martic Elementary School issued the following announcement on Aug. 18.
The Martic Elementary early childhood team would like to invite you to a kindergarten orientation for children who will be attending kindergarten this upcoming school year. On Tuesday, August 24th, please join us. The schedule is clearly divided by sessions. Please try to abide by the sessions to ensure the kindergarten classroom is not too full to be enjoyable. Everyone will meet on the back playground for some sidewalk chalk fun.
6:00 – 6:15 PM
Students enrolled in AM session visit the classroom and meet their teacher.
6:15 – 6:30 PM
Students enrolled in AM or PM session tour the building with fun tasks.
6:30-6:45 PM
Students enrolled in PM session visit the classroom and meet their teacher.
6:45 PM
Everyone moves to the playground for popsicles and parents and students get to meet the Martic PTO.
