WARWICK TOWNSHIP: COVID-19 Updated Protocol effective Monday, November 30, 2020

Warwick Township issued the following announcement.

In light of the Governor’s recently updated COVID-19 protocol, Warwick Township and Warwick Township Municipal Authority (WTMA) will be modifying its operating procedures.  We are still open for business (Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm); answering the phones and emails; however, for the safety and health of our residents as well as our staff, walk-in public access will not be permitted until further notice, except for emergencies or scheduled meetings, beginning Monday, November 30, 2020 at 8:00am.

Payments for water/sewer invoices, streetlight invoices, key fob renewals as well as new key fob applications and real estate tax payments may be placed in the designated boxes in the vestibule of the Municipal Building.  If you have any questions, please call the Warwick Township office 717-626-8900 for questions related to streetlight, key fobs and real estate payments and WTMA office 717-627-2379 for water/sewer questions.

If you are dropping off building or zoning permit applications, please deposit the information into the designated box. You are welcome to contact our office to confirm receipt of the building permit application.  If you are picking up a building or zoning permit, please call the number below and a staff member will assist you in arranging pick-up & payment. 

We appreciate your patience during this period of time; understanding that necessary measures are needed to protect our residents as well as our staff members.

NEW BUILDING AND ZONING PERMIT APPLICATIONS:

  • Place in the box designated for new Building and Zoning Permit Applications.
  • If you would like to confirm receipt of the application, please contact the Township Office at 717-626-8900.
BUILDING AND ZONING PERMIT PICK-UP AND PAYMENT:

  • Please call the Township Office at 717-626-8900 and a staff member will assist you in arranging pick-up & payment.
NEW KEY FOB APPLICATIONS FOR LEAF AND WOODY WASTE SITE:

  • Place application and payment into the Tax Collector’s box (to left of doors) and the key fob will be mailed to your home address. 
  • If you would like a receipt for your payment, please provide a note that you would like a receipt. 
KEY FOB RENEWAL APPLICATIONS:

  • Place renewal applications and payment into the Tax Collector’s box (to left of doors) and your key fob will be reactivated by 4:30pm on the next business day.
  • If you would like a receipt for your payment, please provide an email address AND a note that you would like a receipt. 
REAL ESTATE TAX PAYMENTS (COUNTY & MUNICIPAL TAXES):

  • Place your tax payment in the Tax Collector’s box (to the left of the doors). 
  • If you would like a receipt for your payment, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope OR provide an email address AND note that you would like a receipt mailed. 
WATER AND SEWER PAYMENTS:

  • Place your water and/or sewer payments into the WTMA box (to the right of the doors). 
PLEASE NOTE, THESE BOXES WILL BE CHECKED FREQUENTLY DURING OUR BUSINESS HOURS.
