Nelson and Flick to discuss double voting at upcoming news conference

Reps. Eric Nelson and Jamie Flick will host a news conference to address the issue of double voting, where voters cast ballots in Pennsylvania as well as in other states during the same election. They are urging Gov. Josh Shapiro’s administration to launch an awareness campaign to educate voters on the legal penalties associated with this felony crime.

Nelson and Flick will be joined by Republican Leader Bryan Cutler, Republican Appropriations Chairman Seth Grove, Republican State Government Committee Chairman Brad Roae, and other House members.

The event is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 10 a.m. It will take place at the Ryan Office Building Rotunda in the State Capitol Complex, Harrisburg.

The news conference will be streamed live online.
