For the year 2024, Millersville University of Pennsylvania set tuition and fees for in-state students at $11,128, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

This places the university as the 20th least expensive public institution in Pennsylvania for 2024.

In-state tuition and fees decreased by $1,134 compared to the previous year.

Out-of-state students at Millersville University of Pennsylvania paid $22,952 in 2024, an increase of $6,720 from the prior year.

Within Pennsylvania, Temple University charged the highest tuition and fees for in-state students in 2024.
