There were 11 business licenses issued in Lancaster County in the second quarter of 2023 in Pennsylvania, according to the Pennsylvania Department of State.

This is a 78.8 percent decrease from the previous quarter when there were 52 licenses issued.

Pennsylvania suffered a surge of unemployment and business closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
