Pennsylvania House Republican Leader Bryan Cutler has expressed his best wishes to Rep. Jesse Topper as he steps into the role of Pennsylvania House Republican leader. “I wish Rep. Topper nothing but success as he takes on this important responsibility for the caucus and the Commonwealth,” Cutler stated. He emphasized that Topper’s success would benefit both the Pennsylvania House Republican Caucus and the residents of the state.

Cutler highlighted Topper’s unique skills, which position him to advance the caucus and promote Republican principles in the upcoming legislative term. “Throughout his legislative career and even more recently as House Education Committee Republican chairman, Rep. Topper has shown the ability to work for the benefit of the members and put those Pennsylvanians in need first and foremost in his priorities,” Cutler remarked.

He expressed confidence that Topper will continue his approach of servant leadership, not only for members of the House Republican Caucus but also in prioritizing policy for Pennsylvania’s citizens.
